She is not so impressed with standing near the pumpkins alone.
Eric & I love carving pumpkins every Halloween, well more so Eric, its an art form to him. We bought Sarah Grace a pumpkin at the farm a few weeks ago, but didn't get a chance to pick any for ourselves. Last night we drove over to a local church that had a little pumpkin patch and we were able to snag a few, along with a couple of pictures of the girl in a halloween dress that I made her. So when I say a few I mean 4, that had a deal going so we walked away with too many pumpkins and a smile on Eric's face. We took them over to my parents because I figured why mess up my house when I can get pumpkin goo all over there house! I picked out the easiest pattern in the book and Eric picked out the hardest two. About halfway through mine I was ready to give up, which is so typical of me. Its amazing how quickly I am able to give up! Oh, the story of my life! Anyway, Will also joined in the fun and carved his own little pumpkin. "BCS Busters and U of U on the other side! It was a bit tricky, but with the help of my mom and his favorite brother in law he was able to do it. Sarah Grace just mostly crawled in and out of the table and took a step here and there...I'm telling you, we are days away from full on walking! She also had a lick or two of a halloween cupcake. She kind of looks like the joker to me in her picture! I think the pumpkins turned out marvelous and will look great around the car tomorrow night at the trunk or treat! Hopefully Sarah Grace's nasty cough will be gone, because I would hate for her not to wear the adorable tutu her Nana made her!

Those pumpkins are so cool! Eric really did a great job. I hate the gooey mess and how slimey the insides are! Sarah Grace looks so cute in the little dress you made. It came out perfect! Layer SG so she will stay warm enough for the ballerina costume. Looking forward to more pics of tonight!!
Pumpkins are great! You did fine work, even if you were tempted to throw in the towel. I never really try that hard. Ours are in the fridge to keep them from melting.
