Rambling

So...I've had a melancholy week. Yep, I pretty much haven't wanted to do anything and well I haven't! I guess we all have weeks like that. I was really hoping today would be a bit better, but no, not so much. But, this week is a new one and hopefully I can get over it! Tomorrow is Sarah Grace's birthday and I'm pretty excited about that. It's fun watching her grow and change, I suppose I get to see a little bit of myself change too. She sure has been trying my patience lately though. My girl is wild and challenging and proving to be every bit like me. I don't know how my parents did it. This post is kind of jumbled, but I just had a few random thoughts I wanted to type out. Jake & I played game today in the kitchen. I like to call it, "Trap Jake in the kitchen and see how long it takes him to get past me." 10 minutes. It took him 10 minutes to get enough courage and bull doze past me. I know it's dumb, but it kept us entertained for a bit. I also was goofing around on my phone today and came across the Urban Dictionary. I typed in my name and the first thing that popped up was pretty funny. (Ok so some of the other definitions were kinda lame, but the first one I enjoyed.) So, the definition of my name... "DANNI-A name for a really cool girl. Hey did you hear about Danni? Yea I heard she's the sickest person ever." Ha, that will lift your spirits right? Did I mention that I got pulled into the Bishops' office today, apparently its been a year since my last talk. The 17th I will be getting up on the stand for a lovely 10 minute talk. I'm pretty stoked, I already have like 8 minutes worth of jokes so I just need to come up with a few words to say about my topic and I'll be good to go. ...In case you're wondering my topic is Making and Keeping Covenants. It's gonna be hard to fit jokes in with this, but I think I can do it! Hopefully I can get pictures from the girls party up tomorrow...but I'm a pretty big slacker so I guess we will have to wait and see.
