17 months

Too much fun in the sun...even she knew it was nap time! My Grandma bought her this pool a few weeks ago, she absolutely loves it, we have yet to venture out to the big pool in our neighborhood. Maybe this week...
Uncle Jacob was outside watching her while Eric and I were cleaning the kitchen. We kept hearing Jake tell her no and peaked outside to find her crawling through her pool fully dressed.
Again I have let myself be lazy when it comes to getting Sarah Grace's monthly post up.  This past week was just pretty busy for us and there never seemed to be a good time to sit at the computer and do it!  For those of you who don't really know, Sarah Grace is quite a character.  She is usually running full speed around the house, babbling about something, and squishing cheese in my carpet.  There is usually dirt under her fingernails and juice spilled down her clothes.  When she gets angry, the first thing she does is rip the bow out of her hair. She tries to be sneaky, but eventually gets caught.  The last couple of months she's really been into biting into the fruit/peppers/potatoes that I keep in a basket under the microwave.  A few days ago she grabbed a peach, I followed a trail of peach skin until I found her (she closed the door to the room I was in.) This happens quite frequently.  Gracie sometimes feels like hands are not necessary and uses her mouth to pick things up... her paci, goldfish, any type of food really.  On friday I accidentally dropped a glob of paint on my floor and she had managed to get into the kitchen.  I saw her walking across a few seconds later with a smile on her face and paint on her tongue. I was amazed...wow, paint. Yummy. She loves to run up to you and just tell ya a story.  She will go on and on. The facial expressions are the best part though, I think we may have a little actress on our hands.  Cell phones are her thing, although we try our hardest to not let her touch them, she always manages to find them.  The other night we were at my parents and laid out 4 or 5 different phones across the floor.  We would take turns calling the phones and Sarah Grace diligently gave everyone their phones.  She's so smart, she knows the make and ring tone of all the phones.  Crazy girl! Happy 17 months sweetness!

She is growing up and getting very independent. The paint story is a crack up. I am so looking forward to seeing her. She's going to be in heaven with so many people to entertain her.

There were some pics of her that she looked like a little Angel, (not grandma Angel), but a real sweet thing! But there was also ones that I can see a little stinker face in too! Keep them jumping Gracie!
