Snow day!
Sarah Grace slid off the boogie board the first time & just laid there looking at me! So glad she's not a wimp!
The weather reports were correct, last night our area was hit with inches of snow! It's always exciting when we have these big storms, we don't get snow very often during the winter and when we do its usually ice. Not this time though, we got the real stuff! Eric, Sarah Grace, & I got "snowed" in at my parents house last night. We watched movies and the boys played video games late into the night! We made huge pallets on the floor, where Eric, Sarah Grace, Will, & I slept. Will's buddy Dillon had one of the couches and everyone else were snug in their beds! We had so much fun playing in the snow today, there were plenty of snow ball fights, some football, and sledding. Sarah Grace seemed to enjoy herself, but she mostly wanted to play with the dogs and eat the snow! Can't blame her I guess. Anyway, the snow was absolutely beautiful last night while falling. The sky was really bright and the snow was coming down pretty hard. We even had thunder and lightning! Eric & I made it home tonight, but the ice was already starting to form again on the roads. Will has another day home tomorrow... don't ya just love the south, it was always so much fun getting to leave school when it snowed or even better, not having to go in at all! This weekend it's supposed to be in the mid to upper 70's, should be nice and warm at the Beach...can't wait!

I can see there is still some Utah blood in that son of mine - shorts and a sweatshirt playing in the snow. Granted, I know he came unprepared for an overnight stay, but he still was out there playing all day!I'm glad Sarah Grace had fun in the snow. What did the dogs think? Did you make any snow angels?
I can't believe how much snow yall got. Looks like Sarah Grace had a really great time. That picture of uncle Dan is fummy,is he eating the snow? Well it looks like yall all had so much fun. I love and miss yall so much!!
How funny to go from playing in the snow to playing at the beach. Looks like you guys got some good snow. I'm glad you had fun.
