....And after...such a sad little one!
It was another trip to the doctors office today. Sarah Grace's wheezing was getting worse yesterday so we headed back in this afternoon. Her pediatrician checked her oxygen level and it was still around 97% so that was good news. We also used the nebulizer while there and that was a fight in itself. It is so much easier to restrain a dog you are trying to nebulize over a child. Anyway, long story short, we were told to finish the meds the next couple of days and use the nebulizer every 4 to 6 hours! (Hope the insurance covers that new little contraption of ours) Sarah Grace is being pretty tolerant as usual, but I'm ready for this to be over with.
*Hopefully I can get to her 13 month post tomorrow!

Poor baby girl. I hope this new treatment helps her get better quick.
It makes you just want to hold and cuddle her.
The nebulizer is a beast! Not fun for any involved. Hope she feels better soon!
Eli hated it for the first few days and then just accepted it and got use to it (I don't think he ever liked it). The first few times I had to hold him down and felt horrible for it, but knowing he'll be able to breathe justified it in my book. haha. After a while he got to where he'd watch a movie while he did it and then didn't even need me there with him and could hold it himself. I'm sure all of that is what you would have figured out on your own so sorry I'm not help!
The only tip I have for you in focusing pictures is make sure you know what you want in focus and don't let up til you get it. If you're shooting the face, make sure the eyes are your primary target and ignore the rest of the face in your view finder. And if you're photographing kids, make sure your shutter speed isn't any slower than 1/80 of a second (usually will just say 80). Do you have the ability to change things like that on your camera?
with afton i tried to schedule her nebulizer around her nap times, SOOOOOOO much easier when she was asleep! and that's totally allowed, we asked her dr!
